雞包仔 (附食譜)

唔知點解雞仔包, 依家唔係間間茶樓都有, 以前飲茶唔係叫义燒包就係雞仔包, 間間茶樓實有! 但係依家想食吓雞球大包就難上加難!

整雞包仔成本又唔貴, 又唔難, 點解好似絕種咁呢?  想食就為有出手啦!



包才料
中筋麵粉350g, 3tbsp, 鹽小許, 依士2tsp, 170g, 泡打粉3g

餡才料一隻雞肶肉粒, 兩隻冬菇粒, 芫茜碎

醃料: , , 胡椒粉, 麻油, 粟粉薑蓉

做法:

1. 把包才料混合搓至光滑, 30-40分鐘
2. 把餡料醃好
3. 把麵團搓成長條, 切成12
4. 把一份麵團壓薄, 放入餡料, 包好, 20-30分鐘
5. 水波爐100度14分鐘


今日整吓雞包仔比仔仔囡囡放學做下午茶! 仔仔囡囡好鐘意呀!
