蒸雙色蛋
蒸滑滑雙色蛋, 唔係三色, 因為無皮蛋,
所以只得雙色!
用自製咸雞蛋+雞蛋, 好滑呀!
仔仔囡囡次次見到都發晒狂,
因為佢哋好鐘意滑流流的蒸蛋.
我和老公真係要手快才有得食!
才料:2隻咸雞蛋, 2隻蛋, 水(同蛋份量一樣), 油少許
做法:
我諗你識蒸水蛋啦!
壓難咸雞黃, 把所有才料攪匀, 蒸!
蒸的時候, 唔好過熱呀!
這碟餸雖然好簡單, 但係好搶手!
